The Three Kings

From Legacy of Dracula

The Three Kings is the name of a vigilante group based in Lancaster. While many who have heard the tales consider them to be fictional, an urban myth or a name given to a group of unconnected cases, we are now certain that the Kings are real.

First meeting by chance at Lancaster Gun Club, the three decided to visit a local pub together purely because they were surprised to discover there were people at the club who not only shared the same surname, but also a significant portion of their political views. After the bar was subject to an armed robbery, it seemed only natural to the (then quite inebriated) Kings that they should arrange some kind of 'justice' for the perpetrator. And the rest is history.

The Three Kings now meet semi-regularly at Mcdonalds Lancaster, and there are a few sympathizers at the gun club to whom they have hinted at their secret life.

The original Kings are Joe King, Danny King and Walter Koenig (Who is listed on the membership roll of the gun club and other places as 'King' simply to avoid the effort of trying to get receptionists to spell his name right). Other club members who know about the Kings, and stand a chance of being asked to join them at some point, are Charles King and Bob Queen.

Enlightenment

The Three Kings are vigilantes. They try to keep crime down. They have had no contact with the supernatural or the undead. However, during s3e02 (October 16th 2007), Walter helped to defend Mcdonalds Lancaster from a horde of zombies advancing down Penny Street. It remains to be seen how he will cope with this unexpected turn of events, whether he will share the story with the others and how far they will believe him.
