Mew Mew Mew
From Legacy of Dracula
Contents |
Background
Mew is a student at Lancaster University. She is an orphan, and never knew her parents. DNA tests suggest she may be a cousin within 3 generations of Adrianna Tanaka.
Enlightenment
She was killed by Jaye Hollow, and became a vampire along with all the other LUPAS members.
Recent Changes
End of s4
Mew is currently pregnant with twins, expected June 17th 2009. Their vital status is unconfirmed. She has been invited (by Geoffrey Smith) to stay at our Hest Bank medical facility, despite protest from the head of the Lancaster Unit 3 team.
Vampire Gekijouban (June 2009)
The twins were 'born' on Wednesday June 10th (s4eM1). Mew woke up on this day and realised that she was no longer pregnant. A medical examination by Dr Seabream confirmed that it appears she had given birth approximately a month earlier. The situation became more confusing at 3pm, at which point two babies appeared in the room. DNA tests confirmed that they were Mew's children, and both alive (although possibly enlightened humans). A paternity test - conducted by hospital staff in order to settle a bet - revealed that James Allgreen was the father of only one of the twins, the boy's father being (based on the previous genetic samples taken by Unit 3) Calvin K Elwood.
At about 10pm the same evening, Mew and both babies vanished from a close observation room. The means for this is currently unknown, although both Dr Seabream and administrator Duncan Kvetch have been disciplined and reduced responsibilities.
Mew has not been seen since, although operative Jacquinda Korrodo-Jones later materialised in the place from which Mew had vanished. We believe that Mew escaped from the facility with the help of an unknown accomplice (possibly Plan B), and is now living as a predator in the south Cumbria area.
This information is not known to Unit 3, so isn't actually on the database.
One of the babies - it isn't quite clear which at this point - was born with the ability Kronos Divide, and started spanning down shortly before birth. In order to protect the fine structure of reality, Fenix travelled to Lancaster and resequenced some elements of the local space/time graph in order to achieve a state in which the children could safely be born.
Fenix called in its lover Phoenix Korrodo-Jones, able to take on human form, to deliver the babies. However, due to Phoenix's own infant self being present in this timeslice, He/she could not stabilise his/her powers. However, the telepathic link was strong enough for Fenix to take both the adult and infant Phoenix - along with her mother Jacquinda - further back in time to 1847 Nottingham, where Jacquinda managed to deliver the twins.
The younger twin, the daughter, was left in 1969 with a foster family who were known to be both affluent, kind and respectable. Jacquinda is pretty sure that her great-aunt Sophie Smythe would be the most suitable person they could find in that era.
However, the boy was accidentally abandoned in 1983 when the slice echo which Fenix had used to escape from the alchemists' trap collapsed. Mew herself was dropped into a prehistoric era - the place Fenix itself had originally been imprisoned. At present, most of the world's time experts are trying to rescue her.
